We currently ship 5 days a week (M-F). Orders placed before 2pm (PDT) usually ship either the same or the next day.
Costs:
If your total order is above 75$ before tax it qualifies for free expedited shipping within BC and Alberta. For all other provinces the free shipping threshold is $100

Packaging:
We pack approximately 95% plastic free in recycled kraft board boxes. You may find shipping peanuts in your parcel. These are made of corn starch and fully dissolve under water.
